Does the product qualify for NAFTA preference?

There are no issues or problems with exporting our equipment, it isn't weapons. NAFTA has to do with a manufacturer exporting it's goods. In this case scenario, you are transporting your asset from USA to wherever in the world you want it to go.

Is your product subject to any type of export controls?

No, there are zero "export controls" on our equipment. We also have never had any issues with another country receiving our equipment. We have hundreds of presses all over the world.

How much is domestic shipping?

Oil Press: Shipping to all 48 states is $375. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $600.

Centrifuge Oil Cleaner: Shipping to all 48 states is $175. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $350.

Can i pick the equipment up from your shop to save on shipping?

Yes you can! If you live in the area, or are passing through, we will waive the shipping fees. Keep in mind, however, the size of the equipment. The M70 Oil Press and the Centrifuge can easily fit in the back of a truck, or even the backseat or trunk of a car.

What commodities can the M70 extract oil from?

You name it! For the most part, our oil press works with seeds, beans, and nuts. With most commodities, the nut can run through our press with the shell, but some commodities do need to be de-shelled. Visit our videos page above for a list of tested commodities that have successfully run through our Oil Press.

If the commodity you want to crush is not included on our list, you can test it out by scheduling a crush test.

How much oil can the M70 extract?

The M70 oil press will produce 50 to 70 gallons (190 to 260 Liters) of cold pressed oil per day running 24 hours from oil seed crops and nuts. The press will process 700 to 1500 lbs (320 to 680 Kilograms) of oil seed or nuts per day providing 450 to 900 lbs (200 to 400 Kilograms) of high protein, high nutrition low fat press meal.

Soybeans typically contain 18% oil by volume. Because of the low oil content in soybeans, you will get 15 to 20 gallons (56 to 75 Liters) of oil and 600 to 800 lbs (270 to 360 Kilograms) of high protein press meal per day running 24 hours.

If you are seeking greater processing volumes, we simply line them up in a row, as many as needed, to produce your achievements. Much like an engine, which is better, one large piston/cylinder or several pistons/cylinders?

For most commodities, our oil press extracts about 85% - 95% of the oil in the seed, bean, nut, or whatever else. If you want specific numbers for how much oil is extracted out of your commodity, set up a crush test with us!

Do you warranty your equipment?

Yes. All our equipment comes with a one year warranty against parts breakage. This does not include normal wear and tare, and there is no warranty for parts wearing due to dirt and debris being ran through our Oil Press.

The only parts on the oil press that will normally wear out are the screw, the nozzle, and the crush plate, all of which we have readily available upon request. You can also order extra parts when you purchase your oil press so you can replace them when they wear out without skipping a beat!

What temperature does your Oil Press run at?

Typical oil temperatures are 95F (35C) to 120F (48C). Certainly within "cold press" maximum requirements of 138F (59C) or less.

When I run my commodity through the press, is what comes out food grade quality?

Yes! Our oil press is made out of stainless steel components, and uses little to no heat and no chemicals (just a large, large amount of pressure).

This is only true, however, if what you are putting into the press is food grade. If you put a lot of dirty seeds through our oil press, you will in turn get dirty oil and dirty press meal. Also - keep in mind that if you are selling anything for human consumption, you will need the oil press set up in a factory kitchen, which has certain requirements. Check your local codes if you're interested for selling your oil or press meal for human consumption.

Do I need to roast or soak my commodity before putting it through your press?

No - our oil press works best with commodities raw and whole. In some cases you may need to de-shell the commodity, or, as with cotton seeds, de-lint them. The commodity may need to also be cleaned if a lot of chaff, sticks, or other things are mixed in with it - which our commodity cleaner will take care of.

Is it necessary to let your oil stand after pressing, to separate the water from the oil?

Oil can be consumed straight from the press, but depending on what it's going to be used for, it may be best to let it settle. Fresh oil will begin to settle within hours of being pressed, revealing the oil's true color. If you wish to speed this process up, consider using our centrifuge.

How often will I need to clean the oil press?

The only time you need to clean the press out is when you shut it down for longer than 30 minutes. With that said, if you are running your oil press 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will not need to clean your press ever (that is, until your screw wears out).
